When nominating a Wingman, the form should include a storyline of how someone was a Wingman. An example would be someone who helped a coworker drive home safely after an evening out when they had too many drinks to drive or an Airman helping another Airman during a car accident. The form does not need to mention how much money was raised or how many man hours were saved.

To nominate a Wingman for the recognition program, visit the Wingman Council site on https://eim.amc.af.mil/org/375amw/wingmancouncil/default.aspx or send an e-mail to scottwingmancouncil@scott.af.mil.
