Airman 1st Class Jacy Carpenter, 375th Air Mobility Wing legal assistant, assists a government employee on Scott Air Force Base with a damage to personal property claim April 22, 2013, following severe weather which caused flooding in many areas on base. The Junior Reserve Officer Training Course members from the O’Fallon Township High School stand at parade rest before going out onto the field during a baseball game in honor of Armed Forces Day April 20, 2013 in O’Fallon, Ill.
