Team Scott Allergy Clinic is a referral office that offers comprehensive care for patients of all ages with asthma, indoor/outdoor nasal and eye allergies, sinus and ear problems, eczema and food allergies. Office appointments are available on Tuesdays, Fridays and occasional Wednesdays. If you are transferring to our clinic please fax all applicable documentation to 256-7720 (DSN) or (618) 576-7720, Attention: Allergy Clinic.
Regular Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 0730-1030 & 1300-1530, Tuesday 0800-1030 & 1300-1530

Team Scott Immunizations Clinic offers vaccine services for active duty, retirees and family members to include deployment and travel vaccines. Walk-in services are provided during normal business hours for routine vaccines. Yellow Fever and Smallpox are offered by appointment only. Please see Public Health prior to immunizations for required vaccinations regarding foreign travel.

Important Notes:
- Have questions about a specific immunization before you get it?
- Wondering what vaccine you may or may not need before traveling abroad?
- Smallpox Appointments are available Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays at 0900 & 1000. This appointment may last an hour or two, to include a 30-45 minute briefing, therefore please plan accordingly.
- Yellow Fever is given based on patient demand/requirement by appointment only. All patients requiring yellow fever must be added to the wait list.
- Our office performs immunizations records transcription with a maximum 72 hour turnaround period. Patients that are unable to come into the clinic can fax all applicable documentation to 256-7720 (DSN) or (618) 576-7720, Attention: Immunizations Clinic.
- Shot records can be requested via fax or e-mail and also have a maximum 72 hour turnaround period.
