Online Visitor’s Pass Request Available

Effective immediately, Security Forces is asking customers to sponsor their movers for the entire duration of their move to alleviate the burden of daily sponsorship.

Security Forces Automated Check-in System allows authorized customers to request visitor passes online.

In addition to submitting requests for visitor passes, the SFACS allows personnel to create special-event passes, request long term parking passes and schedule restricted area badge appointments, all by means of an intranet-link.

If the SFACS site is inoperable, due to network issues, the sponsor is responsible to physically go to the Visitor’s Center or Commercial Vehicle Gate to sponsor their guests/movers onto the installation.

Be prepared to provide the movers first and last name, middle initial, date of birth, driver’s license number, and state of issue.

Regular visitor passes should be submitted 10 days prior to event. It is understandable that it can be difficult to get the required information from moving companies, but those requests should be submitted no later than two duty days prior to the move date to avoid delays.
